BALKANCAR RUEN JSC Reports on Successful Project Completion under the Operational Programme "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy 2007-2013"
29 Oct, 2023Successfully has been accomplished project 4MC-02-101 / 27.04.2012 „Competitiveness Improvement Through Effective Energy Management in Balkancar RUEN JSC", in accordance with axis 2.1.2: „Compliance with Internationally Recognized Standards", Operational Programme "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy 2007-2013".
Further to the project implementation the following has been achieved:
• delivered, installed and in operation are 2 CNC-Controlled Vertical Machining Centers и 2 Automated Turning Machines.
System for Energy Management has been introduced in Balkancar RUEN JSC as per БДС EN ISO 50001. Manual for Energy Management has been elaborated following the requirements of ISO 50001:2011, as well as designated procedures for Energy Management have been set (ПУЕ 01÷09).
The Project Benefits:
A higher level of company competitiveness has been achieved through improvement of the conditions for enhanced operational / production management. Production process optimization has been supported by the capex part of the project. Enlarged performance-based product portfolio with more complex mechanical assembly parts and higher precision in execution, as well as, improved level in product quality.
